Vorrei che nord street mi rispondesse perché è dal 31 gennaio che ho fatto un ordine su questo sito e non mi è ancora arrivato, e inoltre ho provato a comunicare con il venditore attraverso mail a cui non ho mai avuto una risposta , vorrei sapere a che punto sia la spedizione, se è stato spedito, perché su shopify mi dice sia in transito ma altro nulla, è per questo in caso vorrei avere un rimborso.

Many loans and intensive borrowing of money from investors. However, practically no action is taken on problem loans! Almost three years have passed since the loan was not repaid, but there are absolutely no recovery results. This shows their essence and reliability. I do not recommend!
It’s a classic liar’s office, using its website and media to create the impression that it can deliver a 12.8 % return. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different. The company changes the figures however it wants. “Support” is just an imitation. In reality, the actual return only 4.7% over the last 6 months. Most projects are in recovery, debts drag on for years. Only 8% of projects pay in time.
Project selection and risk assessment still need to be worked on, especially when entering new markets, because the impression was that growth is first looked at, and only then risk management is thought about. For example, after investing in Spanish projects, you learn that there cannot be applied such late payment interest as was specified in the contracts. The projects I invested in in 2022 in Spain are all currently being recovered. Not a single one has been recovered yet. It seems that recovery partners in Spain were only started to be sought when the need arose. During that period, partners have already been changed. In my opinion, investors should be introduced to the specifics of the markets/legal aspects depending on the country of the project.
Back in March 2022, I made a mistake and invested in a loan in Spain. The LTV ratio was 62%, annual interest started at 13%, to be paid quarterly, and the loan was supposed to be repaid in full by March 2023. There hadn't been a single payment up until June 2025. Only now have I finally received the money owed and a laughable profit of 0.6% (I profited less than €12 in three years from lending €2000). I guess I should be happy: I've read other reviews claiming a portion of their debtors simply default after disappearing the money loaned. Last month, after being silent for several months (very typical), Nordstreet sent an email to the project investors, informing them that after an attempt to auction the collateral off (the debtor somehow managed to obstruct said attempt), it was finally about to be sold to a buyer **proposed by the debtor**. Funny thing is that the sale price was set at exactly 10% higher than the loan amount was. It makes me wonder what had to happen to the property in the meantime to make its valuation fall so drastically, since the LTV was 62%, remember? During the three years, Nordstreet's communication was consistently lacking. Email updates were rare and short, and yet, they kept most of the 10% profit for themselves in the end (nearly €16K out of €17K). Even if that money will barely cover their legal expenses, I think that both Nordstreet and the lawyers they worked with performed quite poorly here. What's also infuriating is that I noticed Nordstreet actively curbing negative reviews about them. The reviews link on rekvizitai.lt (the number one Lithuanian portal for company info and reviews) redirects to the reviews page on nordstreet.com, but this page doesn't allow writing new reviews, and out of the nearly 250 reviews featured on the page, only a handful are neutral or negative, and even those typically about something superficial. While I'm logged in, I can see the 3-star review I wrote over a year ago, but once I log out, it's no longer there! I'm pretty sure it's the same for nearly everyone who wasn't happy with their services. Is deception like this even legal? Finally, one more annoying thing about Nordstreet: to use their services, you have to open an account with their e-money subsidiary. The company charges money for both depositing and withdrawing money. I don't think any of their competition does anything like that. All in all, I advice everyone to stay away from this company.
But how with some loans which already in default stage from begining of year-2023? I have a real experience with Spain loan.
Many loans have been collected, but there is no result.
The charges fee for everything, 1€ for the withdrawal and attention is set for an automatic withdrawal of 100€ so if you click by mistake the withdrawal goes through, even if you receive more than one mex but you confirm only one they charge you equally and no refund for double charges absolutey! The referral programme changes every time and the end you can not withdraw the referral bonus The default rate is very very high, very bad thing showing their lack of acknowledgement and easy platform for not trustable loans originators. They also charge a fee on the interest on the platform. Stay away.

After 1 year of experience, one of the 3 projects I invested, is completed. I wanted to withdraw my money...but the only thing I did is to send more money on my wallet but impossible to withdraw.

I decided to join and start investing in Nordstreet following a referral. I was supposed to get a bonus. I did not get the bonus. I wrote to the company and I got no answer. I stop investing and I will withdraw my money as soon as possible.
Can't withdraw funds. The platform simply froze your funds and you can't withdraw them. Live chat never works, they never answer via mail. I will report to Vilnius police in 1 week if my funds are not returned.

Started to in invest in 2022. The interest was paid properly without substantial delays. In 2023 my 2 projects are in default. They started auction for them. Communication is very poor - only when loan is Defaulted I received the email. The offer to invest in new loans with some bonuses but this is a pure trap. To sell loans on secondary market I have to pay 2%. For everyone considering to invest in the platform stay away for now. If Defaulted loans are not recovered this company is worthless.
The experience has become worse throughout this year. First of all, it took them over three months to update a late loan, which is a massive red flag for investors. Investors had comment sections under each invested loan, but NordStreet decided to turn them off, making the platform less transparent. They are failing to update us on the progress. Not only that, withdrawing money (from their platform's custom e-account) can take multiple days to receive, while on other similar investing platforms, you can liquidate cash within minutes directly to your bank account. This platform also has issues with recovering money from defaulted loans, and I DO NOT recommend investing in German or Spanish loans; most of them have defaulted. I have sold every non-defaulted loan, and I am leaving this platform.
The worst crowdfunding platform I have used. Unreliable real estate evaluations, loans for fraudulently overvalued assets. Inactive actions with debtors. Poor communication with investors. Mandatory requirement for investors to switch to a new payment operator ... I am waiting for the money to return successfully from several invested projects and hopefuly I will be able safely transfer them back to the paysera account.
