Llevo varios meses invertido y el proceso es lento pero seguro. Hay que esperar para ver los beneficios, ser paciente. La información es muy clara y detallan cada paso en el que se encuentra el proyecto.
Aun estoy probando el funcionamiento de la plataforma. quiero ver antes de valorar mas a fondo, si se recuperan todas las inversiones y en que tiempo se resuelven, ya que el tiempo determina el beneficio obtenido.
Buena plataforma. Desde mi experiencia es bastante fiable. Inversión a muy largo plazo. Los activos parecen que no avanzan. Información escasa y estandarizada del estado de los activos. Buena rentabilidad y buena plataforma, pero te deshaces del dinero de tu inversión por un largo período de tiempo.
He tenido muy poco feedback de los créditos adquiridos, siendo una incertidumbre muy grande al pagar meses sin ningún tipo de cambio o progreso
Hasta ahora me parece muy cómodo y sencillo hacer inversiones con confianza.
Me han retenido todo mi dinero no puedo retirar el soporte pasa olímpicamente. Ni siquiera puedo ver mis inversiones y retirar el dinero. No lo recomiendo a nadie huir de esta plataforma.

Indemo es probablemente la plataforma regulada de inversiones P2P que más me ha sorprendido desde su lanzamiento el pasado año. Aunando en su propuesta un producto de inversión único y con un excelente potencial como las Deudas con Descuento, una interfaz y operativa innovadoras y una seriedad y solidez a nivel formal extraordinaria, lo cierto es que tiene todos los ingredientes para ser una plataforma TOP en la cartera de cualquier crowdlender que se precie. ¡100% Recomendada! :)
Cre que es una buena plataforma de inversión. He invertido una pequeña cantidad moderada,porque los proyectos tardan bastante en resolverse atendiendo a mi perfil de mas corto plazo. No hay mercado secundario. Solo con 10€ puedes invertir. (Otras plataformas requieren 50€). La sigo observando porque llevo poco tiempo en ello
Me ha sorprendido para bien su atención al cliente para solucionar con rapidez los problemas que he tenido al crear la cuenta y con el kyc( el sistema de verificación), de hecho aunque pone que la comunicación se debe hacer en ingles, letón o ruso, a mi me han respondido en español y también he podido responder yo en español (al menos por correo electronico y comunicandome con David). En cuanto a la plataforma tiene todo lo que necesitas mirando en dos pestañas cuando entras en las inversiones disponibles. La de flujo que te dice el progreso hasta la venta de los 8 inmuebles que hay por inversión, y la de objetos que muestra los inmuebles en sí, con una línea segmentada en la parte superior que muestra el porcentaje o ponderación que se invierte por inmueble (no se invierte a partes iguales el dinero). En definitiva, como plataforma de inversión en inmuebles es una alternativa muy buena ya que eliminas el componente del promotor al no haber que construir nada, se invierte en hipotecas no pagadas que los bancos quieren desprenderse. Además la atención al público que parece estar demostrando es un punto muy bueno a su favor.
No se como es el servicio en realidad porque aun estoy en el proceso de registro. Me estoy planteando no seguir con el registro debido al pésimo servicio de soporte. Ayer por la tarde escribí un chat y en este momento ni siquiera han visto el mensaje. Si así funcionan cuando uno esta registrándose que cuando mas agiles son para empieces a darles dinero, no me quiero imaginar como será después cuando uno tenga algún problema.
De momento, todo el onboarding ha ido bien. La verificación ha sido relativamente rápida y el personal (me atendió David) muy amable. El depósito ha sido súper rápido, me ha sorprendido. Veremos qué tal funciona en el resto de aspectos, como se desarrolla. Edit: first payment, from Indemo, A26. Good return of around 22 and 77% -depending on when I invested. Also, improved dashboard with analytics. So, it deserves more trust from my side. And one more star.
Investmentmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Attraktive Zinssätze. Tolle Cashbackaktionen- wobei man den Cashback sofort wieder investieren muss. Als Hauptproblem empfinde ich die nicht vorhandene Liquidität meiner Investitionen. Es gibt keinen Zweitmarkt oder Buyback. Leider weiß man bei keiner Investition wie lange es bis zum Verkauf dauert.

My experience with INDEMO has been disappointing, and I want other investors to be aware of the risks. I invested 20,000 about 18 months ago and have received back only around 500 so far. The information may technically be available on the platform, but the overall impression is that money should start returning in a much shorter timeframe. In reality, my investments are still spread across different stages, with some at stage 2, some at 6, and some at 10 out of 20. At this pace, it feels like it could take several more years just to recover the invested amount. I also asked for help and clarification, but so far I have received no reply. For money being locked up this long, I would expect much stronger returns. Instead, the performance has been far below my expectations. If you are comfortable waiting multiple years without knowing the outcome, then good luck. For me, that level of uncertainty is not acceptable. Based on my personal experience, this has been the worst-performing investment platform I have used. Anyone considering investing should understand that their money may be tied up for much longer than expected.
The platform is ok and intuitive enough, however I really miss not having some kind of forecast with dates. The stage lines are useful to see overall progress, but many months go by with absolutely no updates whatsoever. The investor has no idea, albeit approximate, of when an asset will reach complete resolution.

While there is basic property info, there is a complete lack of progress updates. A full year has passed without any asset movement or a single word on development. Providing a brief update on actions done shouldn't be this difficult. If this continues, I will have no choice but to withdraw from the project.
A complete waste of time. Indemo had me jump through hoops, providing sensitive personal documents and "extra info," only to reject my application with a generic "internal policy" excuse. If I weren't eligible, that should have been clear before they collected my private data. Avoid if you value your privacy and your time.
Awful experience. I am in the process of extending my work permit in Germany but Indemo have suspended my account until I provide a copy of the work permit card - but this can take many months to get. They do not accept my passport and Fiktionsbescheinigung as proof of ID, despite this being accepted at border control and other financial services I used. Also customer support just ignores emails. Do not trust your money with this joke company!

Bisher seit gut 15 Monaten mit 20K dabei. Allerdings! Es gab erst knapp 3% der Summe an Rückzahlung. Diese jedoch mit gut 15% Zins. Also sollte man mit mind. 2 Jahren Wartezeit rechen ( evtl. auch 3 Jahre) und sein Geld nicht benötigen..
After a bit more then a year (15 months) I am still happy with the platform. I am a small and cautious investor, so no big sums of money. I have made 3 separate deposits which came through smoothly in a few days. I have invested in roughly 25 assets (DDIs) and roughly 1/5th of them have paid back with 15% to 18% yield. You have to be patient! It is a very illiquid investment, which I knew in advance so no problemo for me. I am hoping to invest more in the future.

C'est extremement intrusif sans avoir même vu les possibilités d'investissement. Ensuite, il y a un choix extremement limité sur la plateforme. Enfin, j'ai demandé la suppression de mes données et de mon compte et je n'ai pas eu de retour.
Very bad. It will be two years in July, but I really don't believe that at least the money will be returned. 780 euros invested, 758 euros still invested. 22 euros paid. This is a promise that will definitely not happen in two years. I do not recommend it.
I have been investing for over a year with just over €6,000. So far, I have only received a couple of payments that represent no more than 5% of the capital at risk. The return was not bad, but it is not enough to rate it as a good platform at the moment. The projects do not seem to be progressing, so much so that I contacted investor services and they told me that they were going to change the system for representing the status to bring it closer to the reality behind it. They assured me that there is progress, but I have not been able to verify this yet. I know it is a long-term and illiquid platform, until they create a secondary market, but until I see improvements in this regard and receive substantial returns, I will keep this platform under surveillance and with a low rating on this forum. Sé que es una plataforma de largo plazo e iliquido, hasta que hagan un mercado secundario, pero hasta que no vea mejoras en este sentido, y reciba rendimientos sustanciales, mantendré esta plataforma bajo vigilancia y con una calificación baja en este foro. Hay otras opciones que de momento me dan más confianza que esta. Actualizaré mi review con el desarrollo de los acontecimientos.

Hello. I have been investing in this platform since last year. I am satisfied with the initial results. It is important to understand that investments are frozen for 2-3 years. Sometimes even shorter. So far, my expectations have been met. I recommend it.
Within 7 month, only one file produced interests despite having invested in 40 files. Some files havent moved at all in all that time!

I have active investment portfolios across multiple platforms, both regulated and unregulated. I have passed 11 KYC processes and, for higher-value transactions, have provided Source of Funds evidence when requested (always satisfactorily), filled in countless questionnaires and assessments. Indemo’s onboarding is unacceptable, even from the perspective of someone with compliance experience. They requested information that felt as invasive as possible: they rejected the occupation I selected from their own dropdown (the closest available option) and then asked for my LinkedIn profile and a CV. I am fully willing to provide any AML/KYC documentation that is legitimately required once transactions take place. In this case, I had not even attempted to deposit anything. What is worse: after I requested account deletion, they replied only to say they “acknowledge” that I “refused to cooperate,” with no acknowledgment of my deletion request. This reads like unlawful data collection, and given how they operate, I am not comfortable with a company behaving like this refusing to delete my KYC data. Shameful, literally no other platform I use asks for this at onboarding. UPDATE 2 weeks later: They did not delete my account violating GDPR article 17. No answer to my request either. Here they claim that they communicated, they didn't. Scammers.
I am invested in multiple P2P platforms such as Mintos, Lendermarket, and Esketit, so I am very familiar with standard KYC and compliance processes. However, my onboarding experience with Indemo was completely unreasonable and frankly felt discriminatory. During onboarding, I was asked for an excessive amount of personal documentation, including: Alternative identification and re-verification Explanation of my “ties to India” (business, property, income, etc.) Police conduct / criminal record certificate Proof of residence with very strict requirements Source of funds, planned deposit amount Recent tax declaration Detailed income disclosure I already had all standard documents, yet the questioning kept escalating. It strongly felt like this level of scrutiny was applied simply because I am Indian, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Because of this experience, I decided not to proceed with the platform. After reading other user reviews, I’m actually glad I didn’t — many investors report no returns or delayed payments for 1–2 years. The bonus campaign also looks misleading and raises trust concerns. Transparency, fairness, and equal treatment matter a lot when dealing with financial platforms. Unfortunately, Indemo failed badly on all three in my experience. I would advise others to be very cautious before onboarding.

Investing is more complex than many other platforms primarily because so much information on each investment is given. It is also difficult to determine how my investment profile is calculated and disconcerting to continually get warnings that my chosen investment does not fit my profile.
It's a great way to diversify your investments. Very nice app, wozu and easy. This is long term investment though, so not check daily for your returns (even though the app is nice and it's fun browsing through the offerings, scratching together some money you can still invest). :)

Registration on the Indemo platform was fast, money transfers are smooth, choosing where to invest is easy and the investment process is very fast. But the information update on the investment status is very lacking. I received my first refund after 5 full months, but due to the lack of information progress, I was ready to leave this platform already. It feels like you invest and the money disappears, because the information update and reflection in the invested assets is very slow, ok it coincided with the summer period in Spain, when the judicial system employees were on vacation, but it made me doubt the safety of my investment. Of course, having received the first refund of the investment for 5 full months of approximately +7% profit, I reinvested the money in the next project.

Indemo is a trustworthy investing platform, which is a good enhancement for a diversified investment portfolio. I like the idea of being invested in bricks and mortar, which keep their value, even if the Euro currency eventually crashes at some point in the future. But beware that the repayments on indemo.eu are not on a regular monthly or quarterly basis, but are completely dependent on the sale of the underlying asset. Therefore I experienced that it takes much longer than a year before an investment is repaid. In that case you have to expect a much lower yearly profit rate, compared to the 15% which indemo expects.

Bij Indemo, net als vergelijkbare online aanbieders van dergelijke diensten, ben je letterlijk binnen enkele minuiten in staat te gaan beleggen. In mijn geval ben ik erfgenaam en probeer ik het geld van de overledene te krijgen. Hiervoor is Indemo NIET opgewassen. Opeens gaat niks meer digitaal, moet je officiele documenten fysiek naar het buitenland sturen, in het engels. Dus normale nederlandse documenten zijn niet geaccepteerd. Ik ben inmiddels bijna 6 maand bezig, alles opgestuurd maar nog geen uitsluitsel. DUS, LET OP, als je investeerd, weet dan dat in het ergste geval je erfgenamen HEEL VEEL tijd en moeite zullen hebben om je eigen geld weer terug te krijgen. Zeer matig.
Erg overzichtelijke site. Alle stappen van schuld tot veiling en verkoop zijn zichtbaar. Mooie rendementen tot nu toe bij mijn voorgangers. Vaak rond de 17%. Het duurt even voordat je iets terugziet qua rendement, maar de enorme cashback promotie is al binnen en direct herinvesteerd.
Das Konzept ist relativ interessant, aber wenn man in die Nähe von 10.000 Euro kommt, wird akribisch nachgeforscht woher das Geld kommt. Man Möchte wissen: 1) Quelle des Geldes 2) Umsätze am Bankkonto 3) Was man beruflich macht CV 4) ... Wenn man nicht mitspielt wird der Account gesperrt und man hat keinen Zugriff mehr. Vorgeschlagen wird dies per nicht verschlüsselter email an Indemo zu übermitteln. Viele Daten, die jedoch entsprechend geschützt gehören. Soweit traue ich Indemo nicht, dass diese nur für KYC verwendet werden und nicht vielleicht woanders wieder zu finden sind oder für Marketingzwecke weiterverwendet werden...
An exceptionally unpleasant Latvian company that operates like a bunch of amateurs—and they think far too highly of themselves. I definitely do not recommend working with these “businessmen.” I completed the registration, went through all the required verification steps, and waited for the final approval. Suddenly they asked whether I was a cousin of a certain person, to which I replied no—that is my ex-wife’s father; we have no family ties. They asked for documents, I sent them, and the verification was rejected. As I said, this is a very unprofessional team that seems not to understand what they’re doing—at least that’s the impression they give. I’ve registered with at least five other similar European platforms—everything was approved with no issues. I like that there is an opportunity to invest in minimum amounts, starting from 10 euros. Otherwise, I would hardly invest in recovery loans (projects) that have already failed once... I would also not choose this platform because the same pledged assets are repeated in different projects (notes), i.e. for example, I have invested in 23 loans, and I have 54 assets, which means that when investing in two different loans, I invest in the same assets, in different proportions. True, the proportions of the invested amount are selected automatically. Apparently, where the money is most lacking.. (I don't like this). This platform is suitable for short-term investments, but definitely not for long-term stable investments with consistent returns. I think it would be too risky.

Indemo gives opportunity to invest into real estate with high interest rate. It takes time for investment to be repaid, but it's expected. I'm slightly struggling with autoinvest - it does not allow me to set it up, but I'm not sure why yet. Website is very user-friendly. There could be a mobile app too, but unfortunately not yet.
I am satisfied with my Indemo user experience so far, but there is still room for improvements - therefore only 4 of 5 stars. For example, I still cannot scoll down to see the lower part of the product page for individual notes. Instead I have to downsize the webpage to 50% to see all real estate objects included the note. For better diversification it would also be helpful to have a better overview / comparison of already invested vs. new notes, particularly since many notes invest in the same objects. Adding new notes to a portfolio does not neccessarily mean more diversification under these cirumstances. Finally, it remains to be seen, when and how the outstanding notes will eventually be repaid.
Its nice and user friendly aplication. Thats good, but still confused how platform making selection of objects to invest. For ex. invested two times to same object on diferent lots, but its still 0.00€ invested to it. If there is 8 objects in a lot why its not deviding the same amount of money to each abject. Investment to one object wlould be nice feature, at least for manual investments. Thats all. Best wishes, keep going!

Good experience on the platform, transparent communication but it takes a while for the return to show and my first return is lower than expected... (only about 4%). The properties you invest in are very well documented but it's unclear to me how the return is calculated.
I’ve been investing with Indemo for a few months now and I’m very satisfied with the experience so far. After signing up, first they have let me wait 2 weeks for the verification of my account. Then they sent me an email saying they reject my application "due to internal policy". Subsequently, no further requests were responded to. They dont seem to need investors. I recommend investing your funds on other platforms.
Mauvais expérience avec le service client malheureusement. Je me suis fait avoir par un influenceur qui a posté son code en indiquant qu'on recevrait 40€ en bonus après avoir investi 10€ ce qui est totalement faux d'après le service client. Cependant ils n'ont rien voulu savoir, même pas voulu m'appliquer le parrainage normal (25€ pour 50€ investis). Je leur ai proposé de m'indiquer combien de devrais remettre pour obtenir une récompense. Ils ont refusé et m'ont dit que ce n'était plus possible une fois inscrit. J'investis des dizaines de milliers d'euros dans le P2P sur différentes plateformes et je dois dire que c'est la pire impression que j'ai eu jusqu'à maintenant. Fuyez

Non-transparent company I wanted to open an account here and I was not answered to basic and fundamental questions regarding performance history, they do not even show examples of possible investments, before they verify you very obstructively and pull personal data and the answers from the company management are very demagogic.. Why do such companies actually work if they do not care about customers, only for small investors to deposit their money and then do not care about them?! And how can the supervisory authorities allow such things - simply a farce under the EU flag when regulation and supervision are useless in practice and only obstruct ordinary people!
The platform is modern and regulated. The staff and the CEO are very active in their Telegram group, the communication is great. The investment itself is a very interesting niche which is highly uncorrelated to usual investments like stock ETFs which makes it interesting to invest in to diversify a portfolio.
I work in a similar business in Latvia with the purchase of real estate at auctions, but I personally go through the entire cycle from the moment of purchase to the sale. I simply invest in the Indemo platform and wait for the return. Of course, I am aware that the pace of real estate sales is not always fast and we have to be patient. Information about projects is relatively understandable. The Indemo team is responsive.
The concept still needs to prove itself in the long run. But so far, the platform works well, first profits have been made, and communication is very proactive and open.

I really liked most of my experience with Indemo. The only big downside for me is, that the Indemo website is really slow and sometimes even doesn't respond at all. I tried it with different browsers at different days for weeks, but to no avail. I don't know if it is a problem with my ISP (Telekom Germany), but it is nearly unusable and I don't have that problem with any other website.
Indemo covers a unique investment niche, making available defaulted real estate loans in Spain. The platform is well run, communicates very well (join the telegram group) and the first objects have paid out above the target return of 15% p.a.
The numbers of my return are not consistent, they are changing. There is no return every month, more every 6 months as well, so no consistent Cashflow possible.
For now , it looks like a good company . Let’s see how things work out in few years
Einer der schrecklichsten Kundenservices, die ich je erlebt habe. Es gibt eine Option für einen Chat mit einem Mitarbeiter, bei dem angezeigt wird, dass Antworten in der Regel etwa 6 Stunden dauern. Wenn ich sie über WhatsApp kontaktiere, antworten sie einmal in ein paar Tagen. Was noch schockierender ist, ist, dass sie auf der gesamten Website damit werben, dass jeder Erwachsene mit Dokumenten aus einem EU- Mitgliedstaat investieren kann. Mir wurde jedoch die Registrierung abgelehnt, da meine Dokumente bulgarisch sind (EU-Land). Ich habe auf vielen Plattformen investiert, und dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich mit einem solchen Problem konfrontiert wurde.
Indemo is one out of 4 P2P platforms I am using. What I can say so far is: The platform is reliable and the team seems motivated. They got an interesting business model. A great plus is that the platform's income is from the same source as the investor's income, so there is a common interest that things work out as advertised. Returns? So far so good, but in order to reliable judge that we need to wait for long term results. This lies in the nature of their business.
Interesting new way of investing in NPLs. My deposit arrived to my account swiftly. The website was easy to navigate. Everything looks good for now - looking forward for good returns.
Was man deutlich merkt: die Macher hinter der Plattform sind mit Herzblut bei der Sache und sehen das als ihr "Baby". Das Verhältnis zu den Investoren wird gepflegt, auf Rückmeldungen wird eingegangen und die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform wird an uns Investoren ausgerichtet. Die bisherige Kritik anderer User am fehlenden konstanten cash-flow relativiert sich mit der Anzahl von Projekten in die man investiert, der Anlauf der Plattform ist auch noch nicht so lange her.
Expérience fluide sur Indemo. J'y investis depuis presque 1 an. Les rendements sont très intéressants pour le moment (>20%) et liés à des actifs immobiliers en Espagne. Très facile d'utilisation et dashboard bien fait.

Eine tolle Plattform wo weiterhin sich sehr bemüht alles noch besser zu machen. Man bekommt sehr schnell Antworten auf seine Fragen. Auch wenn das Unternehmen erst jung ist sind sie im P2P Segment hervorzuheben.

I invested a small percentage of my portfolio to test out the waters, but I will invest more in the future. It's a great way to diversify your investments. The team is solid and product is easy to use. I can recommend.
In indemo, you invest in notes with different discounted debt assets with different levels of maturity. I received my first repayment with a 36% yearly return after 2-3 months for an asset which was in the latest stage for recovery. It is a very high return, but it is too soon to say what the other assets will do. This is a very young company, barely more than a year, so the risk/reward ratio is justified. I like that they keep bringing improvements to the platform and I think they have a very unique investment product. But be aware in case this changes in a few years: do your own research, do not take my word.
Invested a 4 figure sum to check this out. So far, have invested in 14 assets (9 notes) and 3 have already paid out. Checked how quickly 1000 eur was returned, it took them 20-30 minutes (this was done during business hours). So overall, good experience. Good parts: - Withdrawing money was done quickly; - Clear visibility of how far each asset is into the process, gives you some indication of turnaround times. Improvements needed: - All notes state 15.1% return, which is not entirely correct. Really depends how quickly they settle and sell that property. So far my returns have been better, however I still have 14 assets from 17 which if take more than a year, could have lower returns. - Secondary market - non-existent, so deposit and forget up to 2 years. Liquidity is an issue.

Auf Indemo bin ich seit 2023 investiert und die Plattform ist einzigartig in der Art ihrer Projekte (nämlich ausgefallene Immobilien). Der Prozess der Rückholung ist klar strukturiert, so dass es bisher noch keinerlei Probleme und nur erfolgreiche Rückholungen mit beachtlichen Renditen gegeben hat. Zudem macht Indemo eine ausgezeichnete Community-Arbeit, so wie ich es selten bei einer anderen Investment-Plattform gesehen haben. Wenn sie diesen Weg weiterverfolgen, steht ihrem Erfolg nichts mehr im Wege und mehr und mehr Anleger werden auf die Plattform kommen. Zwar bietet die Plattform keinen konstanten Cashflow wie andere P2P Plattformen, dafür ein unkorreliertes Investment. Ich bleibe dabei (nachlesbar unter passives-einkommen-mit-p2p.de) und werde diese Bewertung ggf. mit der Zeit aktualisieren.

Le site étant en anglais, je n'avais pas compris lors du virement qu'il fallait spécifier mon ID + mon nom, ce que m'a expliqué de façon très sympa, David. Le problème a donc pu être réglé en 2 mails, et le virement reçu instantanément ensuite. Parfait. N'oubliez donc pas lors de vos virements de bien mettre en note votre ID + votre nom pour pouvoir être crédité sur votre compte Indemo. Merci David!
