It's my first time using the scrambled, and the mechanics of rewards is very interesting. If you make an app for Android for example all the experience will be better, more user friendly.
Overall it is quite intuitively how it works. I would like to have a better description of the various cases regarding the percentages of group B. Some concrete examples would be helpful. I would also like to have an easier way to access statistics regarding the loan repayment for both group. This time support shared a link, I couldn't find it by myself. I would also like to have statistics about the loans that weren't repaid at all, and statistics about those which were in the end repaid but at a later time than the original. All these comments are thoughts for improvement and do not reduce the value of the current state of the platform, which includes features like detailed explanation of the pay back plan, amount of money that was given to each company etc, that I find very helpful. As a last thing, I would like to add that my personal opinion is that a mobile app would make the platform more user friendly as I only use my phone to access the platform and mainly I use mobile apps for my bank account to manage the transfer of the money.

So I just started doing this platform a couple weeks ago it seemed to be going very well they were very timely on getting back to me with customer service and all of my rewards seemed to be getting tracked.But lately I've had a lot of issues with my games being tracked My rewards being issued I also haven't received my affiliate bonus . So I don't know if it's because they are just getting more people coming to their platform and don't have enough staff to do it but whatever it is they have to change something because I contacted customer support six times for one offer and the offer ended so I didn't even get the $15 because nobody got back to me. So please if you can hear me you guys were an amazing platform to earn money doing games however lately it hasn't been very good at all. The tracking issues, The reward issues ,The late support service or No support service at all.

It has been a year I'm investing on this platform. As soon as I get my last investment back, I am walking away from their non-sense. The 2 girls on the chat are despicable, unknowledgeable and mostly give this for answer: "you can find this information on our website". Instead of answering the question. Because, obviously, if we are reaching out, it's because we didn't find the "say" information. Why? Because their website is one of the most confusion investment platform ever released. Made for you, to not understand. Which is really, not enjoyable when it comes to understand what's going on with your money. Also, I tried to use chat today, no one is answering you, they force you to give your email address to answer you later. What is the point of the chat, then? Why did I contact them? Because they change the loyalty program without noticing anyone and it drastically impact investors. In a bad way, of course. I am not saying they are a scam, but they make me feel that way. Long story short, I am walking away while I can, and so should you. They are many others ways to invest your money safely and understand easily what is the platform you are investing with, is doing. Everything seems complicated with scramble up and the support team is the lowest support I ever had to deal with. I would personally terminate those 2 ladies dealing with it, if I could.

Scramble Platform was a surprise to me! As I was searching for investing platforms on the internet, I came across Scramble that immediately grabbed my attention basically because everything was straight forward and I did not have to go through the Q&A section at least at the beginning. I did so when I wanted to investigate the full documentation of the sight. My recommendation? Start conservatively to feel comfortable with the platform and gradually increase your stakes.
