Inrento clims on newest reports, that there arent any deleys with intrest from companies, but in truth there are. I have 2 investments pending since february 5.2026. Still have hope, but in march already 3 investments late on payment. How can one be sure all the others wont follow by the end of year?
I've invested in evoestate which became inrento. It has been 4 years since the merger and Evo doesn't have new projects... They are keeping my money hostage in EvoEstate. There is no progress in months, I’m not recovering my money so I can’t invest in InRento. This is bad for all crowdfunding business, Inrento suggests contacting Evo, they decline responsibility, but nobody answers there and the CEO went from EVO to InRento. I urge both InRento and EVO to recover those funds ASAP 😡

Being a long time investor myself, investing in p2p for 10+ years and in inrento personally for over five years now I can share my experience as one of the best platforms to invest in. Why ? 1) They show their faces, you know who's running the platform. 2) Solid projects around EU. Zero late projects. 3) Fast and solid investor relations experience when having questions. 4) Very solid interest rates comparing to other platforms (9.5 % and above per year) 5) None late projects in my porfolio. They manage their borrowers well. Where they can become better ? Statistics is awkward, not easy to understand, not enough filters (dates to choose starting point, end point for example) like a financial institution to be able to extract financial data properly. All in all, solid tool for investment.
Ich habe gerade drei Projekte auf dem Zweitmarkt verkauft. Von zwei Projekten wurde mir das Geld nicht überweisen. Inrento hatte mich dann kontaktiertund behauptet, dass mein Paysera Account restricted sei (ohne Nachweis!). Paysera sagt, nein alles ok. Nicht vertrauenswürdig.
My experience with this platform has been really positive so far. I like the approach of a conservative and solid growth vs an agressive and uncontrolled expansion to ensure long term performance. They offer valuable statistics about platform perfomance and financial information and good diversification opportunities as they are expanding to other countries (Poland, Italy, etc)
I am using Inrento for more than two years now and have only good experience. I spread my money over 14 projects. Good customer support and no bad loans so far. The projects are mostly in Lithuania and some in Poland and of course there is a bit of political risk given their neighborhood to the East.
Ich erhalte keine Mails über neue Projekte, obwohl ich eingestellt habe, dass ich welche erhalten sollte. Dementsprechend ist das Investieren kaum möglich, da die Projekte viel zu schnell weggehen... Als ich heute endlich ein Projekt sah, wurde mir erstmal ein KYC Bogen gegeben. Warum gibt man mir das erst, wenn ich auf den Investieren Button eines Projekts drücke?

I've invested in evoestate which became inrento. I'm still waiting to here from one of my investment. There has been no repayment of interest nor the capital despite some of properties being sold or rented. Edit 26/08/25 I had received an email saying "As a part of the planned merger, you will be opened with an InRento account that will ensure better customer experience in the future." I was never told the outstanding investment will be segregated which I found a bit too easy. Basically We're merging but keeping the bad stuff to the investors. Just another reason not to invest with InRento

They are keeping my money hostage from the EvoEstate that they are merging with. Support is totally unhelpful. I've been trying to get my money out for more than 10 months now. Submitted the KYC documentation several times. All I want is to close my account and get my available balance.
The balance of the account doesn't match the transactions/ the amounts added as interest and capital gains or removed as fees and taxes. Some accounting fees appear twice. One may receive some amount as capital gains (usually if they invest minimum 5.000 EUR). However, even if you have invested less, you see in your transaction history that you receive some amounts as "capital gains", which are then removed as "accounting fees". And they usually don't add up (this has happened repeatedly, to this day). There is something going on with that money and there is most likely a reason things are done in this shady way. The lack of transparency, the unfair sharing of capital gains, (only from a 5000 minimal threshold/ project, when many people invest less than that amount in one single project), along with the mistakes with the amounts being added and then removed are the reason why I will not be investing in this platform anymore.

Everything works well until it doesn't. Accounting is done very creatively, and the sum of the transaction amounts doesn't match the balance on the account. Probably some very shady way of handling money in the background. I liked the idea but they have the worst customer support and no clue on how to handle money. Projects are very interesting, but I will take my money elsewhere.
As a girl, I really like that everything on the platform is straightforward. I don’t really have experience in real estate but I was really attracted by the concept and how easy it is to invest in real estate. I found out about this platform from one of the persons that I follow and I have not been disappointed so far. I even learned some aspects about real estate while investing smaller amounts in various projects. I will continue to see how the platform behaves and as soon as I get more experience in this field I will gradually increase my portfolio value. I also have experience with other P2P platforms and I can tell that these types of investments (rent) seem more stable than other types of investments offered in this space. So far, all the projects have been paying the interest monthly with no delays
I have been testing InRento for the past 5 months and so far the platform has been delivering on its promises. A variety of attractive rent projects such as medical clinics, residential apartments or warehouses can be found on InRento which is a very positive aspect for diversification. The customer support is very fast and they will help you with any of your requests. You can also arrange a video call with one of the team members. I like that I can also exit my investments by selling them on the secondary market. There were already projects that have ended with very satisfying results (Over 20% ROI!). Let’s just hope that the platform will continue on the same path so I can deploy even more capital.
If you want to invest in real estate with just a few clicks from a trustable platform then InRento is your go-to. Great projects from multiple European countries with lower-risk and longer-term horizons - exactly what an individual would want for investing in real estate. Compared to other P2P/crowdfunding platforms on InRento you will only find rent projects - which are great investments for a long-term investor. The team is experienced and has a history in the P2P/crowdfunding space (EvoEstate). So far the payments have been working clockwise with absolutely no delays in the interest payments which is a big + for me. So far there is nothing that I can find that I don’t like about this platform. Time will tell but up to a very promising start.

InRento is an excellent overall alternative to traditional investing in real estate. Benefits: - Great and active team - Great interest rates for projects (at least compared to most of the European real estate markets) - Good track record so far (the returns have been higher than my traditional real estate investments and with almost no work from my side) - Regulated and extra security features I am really starting to like InRento more and more and I genuinely hope for the company to stay on the same path and continue to deliver for its investors. I recently heard that InRento because the largest buy to let crowdfunding platform for the European Union - this just adds on top to their results and user experience. Also, I highly recommend having a call with one of their team members before starting investing. This has helped me a lot in understanding how the platform works.
I enjoy this platform so far. The projects have very high interest rates (for rental projects) and some unique features such as timeshare which basically allows you to stay in a project that you have invested in for a few days during a year. I invested the needed amount (you need to invest a certain amount) and this year I will travel for my holiday in Lithuania and stay at the project that I invested in for free - pretty cool. All the projects have a first rank mortgage guarantee which adds an extra layer of safety for investors. The only drawback is the fact that the projects get funded extremely fast, sometimes even in a few hours and because there is no Auto-Invest feature you might miss some projects.
Key points: 1. Ethics I recently got started with investing and I wanted to invest in something that is ethical/moral, however, you wish to call it. There is a principle in Islamic banking that I really like about charging interest and it says that it is immoral. It is up to the reader to research that further, but I at least partially, agree with that. I am not very fond of P2P (traditional P2P loans) charging 2% per year to undeveloped countries without banks. That is more than 700% per year. It is not that people really like it, it is that people are desperate. Take it as you wish, but no investment from me. This is a rental business. This is not lending. There is no interest. Okay, there is a rental fee, matchmaker fee, capital appreciation, and inflation, which is a natural phenomenon of fiat money since the abolishment of the gold standard. All of these factors are morally checked out! 2. Individual IBAN account. Hello?? How many companies have that? Yes! You are the recipient. 3. Sustainable. People will rent accommodation in 1000 years...but when banks come to undeveloped countries, 99% of P2P will crash. InRento won't. 4. Clean and smooth interface. 5. Risk. There is currently geopolitical risk, but I accept it and I think it is totally overblown by the fear and warmongers. Hear me out. The reason for the all Russian occupations since the USSR is separatistic movements. There is no separatism in the Baltics. Do your own research on history and politics and related facts if you plan to invest? Yes, you should and you will see that it is true. Don't spread fear, that's bad...and let's say that there is WW3. There is no safe haven investment, everything will crash so you are screwed even if you invest in stocks, crypto, or anything you wish. Even money will become worthless if things hit the fan. You have no excuse not to invest in InRento! Just do it! 6. Regulation. Being regulated by the central bank is a plus! 7. Statistics. There are public statistics on the website. That is a must! If you want me to give you my money, you must provide me with the info and do your utmost to build my trust! InRento did. 8. Checks out on Scamadviser. When you put any other site related to crypto or P2P it will warn for high-risk services. InRento got 100/100! 9. Other reviews check out. So far, everyone is happy. 10. No suspicious TOS. Read the TOS. Always read it. It checks out too. Additional HUGE bonus points: Inflation-indexed. I mentioned that. But I have to mention it again. What other investment accounts for inflation? Yes, that's right, TIPS and treasury bonds, but there is a certain entry barrier, a much higher one that is. In the end, there is a saying in the stock market that a stock is "undervalued" or "overvalued". I say that InRento is certainly undervalued and more people should invest and find out about it. There is a bright future ahead for the rental business because it falls under the CPI categories. Actually, the rental business is the only segment of CPI that you can invest in as far as I am aware. What is the only risk? The platform risk. You don't know the people in person, but my bet is that they won't run away with your money (aka rug pull). You do not put this much thought and effort into a "fly-by-night" scam for sure...you for sure don't offer individual IBAN accounts either. That is ring-fence on steroids. My big respect to the InRento team and I wish you a lot of success in your future work. Disclaimer: I did not invest myself, as I am out of money ATM because I am a student, but I will finish my studies soon, get a job (I expect it in two years) and InRento is where I plan to invest like 200-300 euro per month. I was requesting friend to join InRento platform. And after friend joined and invested. There were no clear indication that my request was counted. Informed InRento team, they reacted quickly and confirmed that my request will be counted and bonus will reach next month.
I am really interested in their offering, however, until now they have been only in Lithuania. Another thing that I personally don't mind, but some other people do is the necessity of having a Paysera account.

Liquidität: Man kann sein Investment auf dem ‚secondary Market‘ jederzeit verkaufen. 3. Cashflow: Jeden Monat wird die Miete ausbezahlt, so wie bei einer ‚herkömmlichen‘ vermieteten Immobile. 4. Null Aufwand: die Immobilien werden von InRento bzw. den sog. ‚Projectowners gemanagt. InRento bietet solide Rendite mit sehr überschaubarem Risiko.
I have been investing in InRento deals since project number 1, I have a large portfolio on Evoestate. InRento is quickly becoming my favourite real estate investment platform in Europe. The combination of ease of use and quality deals makes InRento stand out from the crowd. Returns are realistic and have a very good risk return ratio i.e returns are good and risks are relatively low, at least compared to other “Development” types of RE deals more common on other platforms. Investing is easy and the team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!!!

I invest in InRento deals through the EvoEstate aggregator platform. They have quickly become one of my favourite deal providers, thanks to the innovative ability to invest small amounts in rental properties. So far all of my investments are performing great: full occupancy and constant rental payments. Returns are good for such a low-risk asset class. Most deals till now have been in Lithuania. I'm looking forward to deals in other regions, as well as more traditional full-sized apartments (as opposed to studio apartments and commercial properties). Two things to consider: 1. While the platform makes real estate investment very accessible, it's still not quite the same as owning a piece of property. Investors are actually granting a loan to a company that owns and manages the property. 2. The platform's track record is short (no projects have been exited so far), and in a period when real estate is booming. A longer time frame is needed to verify the sustainability of the model, taking into account future repairs, renovations, periods of non-occupancy, or challenging market conditions.
Trusthworthy platform. I am investing through Inrento for more than 6 months and I realy like that I recieve interest payout every month. For me it feels like I "own" the property without the landlord duty to take care of broken toilet. Well selected deals. Highly recommended.
