Como empresa financiada, encontré todo el proceso fue sencillo y muy rápido. El equipo de Goparity es muy profesional y claro. Si bien es cierto que los costes de los préstamos son más altos que lo que puede ofrecer una entidad bancaria, estos financian proyectos que típicamente no serían financiables por los bancos tradicionales. De todas formas, los costes son muy transparentes en todo el proceso. Totalmente recomendable
Aplicación muy buena y útil, mucha facilidad para ingresar dinero, pero algo de dificultad para retirarlo. En cuestión de retirar el dinero es donde he encontrado fallos. Tratas de sacar dinero por una urgencia y empieza a fallar, no sale la cuenta donde quieres retirarlo, ni nada...
Envié una transferencia a mi cuenta de goparity y no llegó. He escrito varios mails para que resuelvan la incidencia y nadie responde. Llevo más de una semana con el dinero perdido. Próximo paso, denuncia por estafa. No aconsejo invertir ni un céntimo en esta plataforma.

Metes dinero para un proyecto, al final a ti no te aceptan porque se llena y luego no puedes retirar el dinero.
A parte de apostar por una forma ética de rentabilizar mis ahorros (que lamentablemente son pocos, pero lo bueno en esta empresa además puedes poner poco o mucho, no hay limitaciones en ese sentido!), la funcionalidad de webes muy user friendly y la publicación de proyectos es muy fácil, visual y además la opción de reinvertir automáticamente es muy práctica

It's been great to support sustainable and environmental friendly projects. I really like Goparity as we feel close to the team and feel we are part of a community. Besides, the site is pretty straightforward. If I had to write something to work on, I would just say they should have more projects for us to invest. But I guess that will come with time.
The best thing is that i’m earning money to make the world a better place and by investing in real economy instead by investing in speculative economy.
I'm client since 2018, and they have evolved on the type of projects, and their APP maturity. They are a transparent platform, and I defend the clients rights on each project.
The interactions with GoParity's team were easy and efficient. The campaign ran smoothly, closed ahead of schedule and the funds disbursement was quick.
Out of 6 projects that I have invested in, 5 are in arrears or stopped payments a long time ago, some of them stopped after the first instalment. This definitely raises the question about the kind of credit and liquidity checks that GoParity conducts beforehand. I don't think it is a scam and they mean well but their due diligence processes surely need improvement and more professionalism.
Easy to use. Interesting and diversified projects.
From several 'alternative' investment platforms I've tried over the last 5+ years, GoParity is perhaps my favourite. I trust their team's genuine conviction to promote & finance projects that contribute to a better world. That said, investing via GoParity won't make you rich. A portion of the projects will inevitably fail, and this will negate most of the potential profits you could make. This net-zero outcome is very similar to every other platform or method I've tried (well, there are also a few that straight up lose money), but with GoParity, I can at least feel good about the fact that the money was used for projects benefiting society.

I invested €1,400 in various projects with high interest. Now that it’s time for payment, two projects are already late. Some entities, despite being in default on Project 1, are being listed again with Project 2. It goes without saying that these companies, having not settled Project 1 yet, will not settle Project 2 either. I find it very unsafe to allow these companies access a second or third time if they still haven’t settled the first. The information isn’t clear, and some companies don’t even seem to exist. If you search on Google, the second result is Goparity, with no LinkedIn connection or real websites. As some users have already pointed out, if these so-called companies resort to Goparity instead of bank loans (which, let’s remember, is the main and standard route), it’s probably because they are unreliable, as shown by their unpaid commitments. In my opinion, it’s a scam. We’ll see, but in the meantime I’m writing off this money as lost.
Accompanying GoParity since its inception, it is sad to assist at its loss of singularity of supporting who needs support, and its becoming a normal financial institution that analyses the risk simply by looking if the profit of the company in the previous year is sufficient to pay the loan of the first years. GoParity used to dialogue with entrepreneurs and to consider the potential profitability of projects. Hopefully GoParity will find a way to revert its current trend and re-include in risk aspects such as "truly" environmental and social potential impacts, and the results of profitability tests made by entrepreneurs.
I like the platform's concept and its simplicity over the years. However, the slow customer service and, especially, the lack of information when payments for a project are almost two months late are quite frustrating and lead me to consider leaving the platform.

I like the company and its culture. I’ve been investing with GoParity for a few years. The only negative remark I’ve to make is about investing. I sometimes cannot add money to my account either but card or transfer. Last time (a few weeks ago) I couldn’t even reinvest. I already asked for help but it didn’t work. Maybe I’m the one to blame, I’m not a tech expert, but anyway it should not be so difficult to make an investment. After all, isn’t it what it is all about?
So far, no complaints. CEI is fully transparent about the company's kission and their values, the platgorm is really intuitive and the project are describes in completion and helping their causes becomes fullfilling. Fully recomend

Of course there are some dubious projects, but it’s normal in this area where lines are grey and not black and white. The great thing is that it seems they keep improving everyday. I started investing with GoParity around 2020/2021, not only for financial returns but also to support alternative, impact-driven projects. I also became a small shareholder in their first fundraising round. Some projects have defaulted and I was initially concerned when I received my first Recovery Plan (PER). However, GoParity’s ability to negotiate debt recovery has been excellent — far better than the usual discounts creditors face in similar situations. I’m very satisfied overall: good idea, strong execution, transparent communication and responsible follow-up. I continue to trust the platform and its mission. 😊

Tive uma experiência extremamente negativa com a GoParity. Demorei 50 dias para que o dinheiro chegasse à conta e ficasse disponível para investimento. Agora que queria testar o tempo de retirada e novo depósito, fui informado de que não posso retirar o dinheiro sem investir primeiro. Isso não faz sentido e levanta sérias dúvidas sobre a credibilidade da plataforma. A falta de transparência e as regras pouco claras fazem com que não recomende a GoParity a ninguém. Se uma plataforma de investimentos não permite a retirada de fundos sem obrigar o usuário a investir, algo está muito errado!

Shouts about sustainability, finances projects that have nothing to do with it. Their severe lack of due diligence (admitted by them in phone calls and emails) has cost me and many others thousands of euros of projects who are now deemed unrecoverable (cantinho das aromaticas, acai amazonia, oskaras povilenas, etc.). They claim their 90 day due projects lowered from 8% to 4%. Well guess what. You get an average of 5-6% overall, so those dead projects now eat up all your profits. I've cashed out what I can, and right now I'm barely break even. It wasn't at all worth the capital I invested there. I lost to inflation, I lost my time, and I could've just invested in a green etf. Way less trouble, way less stress, and way less dealing with people who don't know what they're doing, just lure people out of good intentions and abusing the word "sustainable". edit to reply to goparity's comment: Thanks for replying. The point stands. You've admitted on the phone that you didn't do proper due diligence on older projects (some of them failed immediately after the first payment). And even though you might have a large % of your projects being successful, if 5% of them fail, assuming I invested in all, any profit is gone. So again, a high percentage of successful projects doesn't guarantee any profit. And just a note on sustainability, since you keep preaching although not delivering. Having projects whose purpose is to do a barbecue, or just to finance a restaurant that doesn't find financing anywhere else, or even a concert promoter, claiming these go towards sustainability seems...really sketchy. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ate a data a unica situação negativa que posso apontar é a falta de explicação/ajuda para o preenchimento do IRS. De resto recomendo vivamente o apoio, pois temos três vezes a ganhar, uma em investimento monetário, outra em social e o mais importante o ambiental.

While some expected changes might (or not) produce positive outcomes for the US economy (only), I fear the world will become an even more polarized and dangerous place." Give me a break. 🙄
Project funds are difficult to redeem, and my project was clearly sold on the secondary market, but it just wouldn't give me available funds for withdrawals! The platform is supposed to give people trust, not break the law by doing some unintelligible operations!

Estou com 50% do meu portfolio em incumprimento, as taxas de retorno podem parecer um pouco atrativas mas o capital fica sem liquidez ( não posso resgatar com facilidade) e os projetos que fiz o investimento estão em incumprimento ( alguns desde janeiro). A plataforma funciona bem mas a seleção de projetos deve ser muito mais rigorosa pois podem levar a sérios prejuizos.

Tenho 3 projetos com atrasos 1 deles com mais de 1 ano e não existe qualquer tipo de feedback á largos meses sobre os atrasos e o estado em que se encontra a situação Além disso 2 dos 3 projetos o atraso aconteceu logo no 3o mes o que demonstra que o critério para emprestar dinheiro não é apertado. I've been investing with GoParity for over a year and have nothing other than great feedback to share. The platform itself it's quite simple and easy to work with, with good detail on each investment opportunity (which appear quite often, with different maturities/terms). I'm quite fond of the transparency and consistency of the information provided to the investors by the team. I found it to be a great way to diversify our investments, focusing on sustainability.

Péssima avaliação e análise aos projectos da parte da Goparity. Exemplo: financiamento para uma escola e nunca divulgaram quantos pais teriam feito pré-inscrição nem o valor da mensalidade. Escrevem muito texto e pouco conteúdo sem nenhuns dados técnicos importantes para investidores. Quando um projecto não paga, rebenta com qualquer lucro que se tenha tido anteriormente. Na declaração de rendimentos declaram lucros mesmo em projectos que tenham um prejuízo muito maior.
Crowdlending at its best! I've been using Goparity for over 3 years now and could not be happier! Of course with all investment comes risk and after 3 years projects I invested in had to be restructured, goparity definitely does their side on this matter, chasing default as promised. Besides the least successful investments I've done, the majority has been doing good, I get my payments and interest every month and see Goparity as professional and trustworthy. Few projects have the ability to be as transparent and as democratic and inclusive as this one!
Em 41 empréstimos tenho 29 em incumprimento. Meia volta lembram-se e enviam 10 ou 15 emails a dizer: "gostaríamos de informar que a empresa x tem empréstimo em atraso, Bla Bla Bla. Algumas em atraso há mais de um ano. A pior coisa que fiz foi confiar dinheiro ao que me parece um bando de incompetentes.
Tem já 12,54% de capital em atraso, número sempre em franca expansão! 9,4% com mais de 90 dias de atraso. Taxa de juro muito baixas que de longe não cobrem o risco.

There are some bugs here and there. The most annoying one is that, when you don't have Facebook installed, everytime you open a Facebook url, it redirects to the Go Parity app instead of opening the link through the browser, and then the app crashes.

I'm extremely happy with my experience with Goparity after 1,5 years. The projects that are funded feel like they do have a real positive impact in the world. They feel handpicked by Goparity and not just randomly found somewhere. I have also learned a lot about finances and crowd lending from Goparity. They have some online meetups to discuss specific topics. One thing that I love is how transparent they are about the company and how personal their costumer support feels. Highly recommended!
Notificações da app, abrem o site no browser em vez de abrir a app (1 ano depois ainda acontece)
A plataforma inicialmente promete e parece ser bastante fiável e de bons valores. Contudo, após algum tempo torna-se demasiado fácil compreender que o funcionamento da plataforma é deveras mau, os projeto em atraso acumulam-se, não há qualquer informação quanto a isto. Os projetos são estendidos no prazo sem que se cumpra o previsto de agravamento dos juros, o suporte não dá resposta e quando o faz, as respostas, são evasivas e inúteis, prometem fazer alterações que nunca chegam. Existem projetos com 5 meses de atraso sem que se saiba de nada, quando, segundo os próprios informam no site, já deveriam estar em recuperação da divida há muito tempo, nem sequer uma informação aos clientes mesmo quando por diversas vezes tenham sido pedidas. ATUALIZAÇÃO (após resposta da goparity) Referem um pequeno aumento dos projetos em incumprimento, será que consideram um pequeno aumento quando em abril o NPL (percentagem de projetos em atraso há mais de 90 dias) estava em 1,6% e no final de julho, três meses depois, estar em 8,2%. Um ligeiro aumento de mais de 5 vezes, não considero assim tão ligeiro. Do meu portfólio tenho cerca de 50% dos projetos em atraso, muitos deles com 6 meses de atraso e sem qualquer informação concreta do que se faz para recuperar. Prazos estipulados para inicio dos processos judiciais completamente ultrapassados, com as consequências que daí podem advir, informações na nova secção de "detalhes do projeto" cronologicamente trocadas, uma lástima. Depois da votação dos clientes que ditou a criação de um grupo de whatsapp para receberem novidades sobre os projetos em atraso, esse grupo foi criado no inicio de maio e apenas teve uma publicação por parte da goparity até ao momento (3 meses depois), nunca sequer abriu o grupo aos comentários da comunidade, uma criação obsoleta portanto. São situações atrás de situações que tornam toda esta organização, na minha opinião, muito questionável. Para além desta, muitas outras questões que nem refiro aqui. Não pretendo respostas pomposas e politicamente corretas, quero respostas concretas e a verdade. Outra questão, quando anunciam a plataforma aos novos clientes em lado nenhum colocam os valores como o NPL, só mostrando e querendo fazer entender que tudo corre maravilhosamente. Em vez de virem aqui referir que o aumento do incumprimento é ligeiro e inferior ao de outras plataformas semelhantes, se não têm nada a esconder, por que razão não comunicam os números? Note-se que todas as situações e valores que descrevo tenho documentadas e fundamentadas.
Têm de fazer melhor no que diz respeito à avaliação do risco dos projetos financiados. Da minha parte, não investirei mais um cêntimo. Tenho 54 investimentos na goparity, 12 estão em incumprimento. O mais preocupante é que alguns entraram em incumprimento praticamente desde o início.

GoParity is a great crowdlending platform for green/sustainable investments. They offer many new investment opportunities every month and the design of the website and platform is very good. Interest rates are in the lower end compared to similar platforms and there is a clear focus on solarpanel projects. I've had some of my investments not being repaid on time, but not many. The default procedure is laking a lot though. Very little detailed information has come out ever since one of the projects I invested in went into default. It's now been around 8 months and I've only received generic and undetailed updates every 2-3 months. I now consider this investment lost becuase of the lack of information regarding the default status. As always diversification is key though. There's room to improve but overall I would recommend the platform to anyone that are interested in green and sustainable investments.

Excelente site de crowdfunding, distingue se de outros sites por apoiar apenas projetos sustentáveis. Tem muitos pontos positivos, o que menos agrada é a rentabilidade que é relativamente baixa em relação a outros sites, mas faz automaticamente o desconto para impostos o que é uma grande vantagem na altura de meter o IRS. O valor mínimo de 5 euros para apoiar cada projeto também é a meu ver uma grande vantagem pois pode variar o investimento em vários projetos em vez de investir um montante mais elevado apenas em 1. Recomendo estou muito satisfeito e irei continuar a investir na goparity.

Sou Cliente desde 2019, pela primeira vez a semana passada tentei entrar em contato para esclarecer uma questão.
