I’ve been investing on Fagura for several years and overall my experience has been positive. Returns have been solid and the platform offers interesting opportunities for investors. Recently I had a situation where the communication could have been clearer at the beginning, but after further discussion the team reviewed the case and handled it fairly. I appreciate that they were willing to listen and reconsider. For me the important point is that as the platform continues to grow, I would like to see further development in customer support and more efficient communication with investors. These aspects are very important for building long-term trust. Overall I remain a satisfied investor and I hope the platform continues to grow and improve.
Session expires every day, even though it's an app, so have to log in again with 2fa every day, and it tells yoy about the expired session only after filling in login credentials. Very annoying. Also, the app refuses to exit when i prsss the back button on my phone, i have to use task manager to switch to another app.

If you are an investor, invest here with great risk. The company, even if it claims the opposite, does not intervene at all in the return of money by legal means in the case of debtors. Everything boils down to discussions and phone calls, until they simply sell your debt to collectors for nothing. This, at least in my case - 100% inactivity, even if I asked them for explanations during a whole year. 0% protection/legal actions for debt recovery. There are debts for more than 1 year, without legal measures filed. And it is not a singular case. Otherwise, the idea is good, the platform works with small exceptions that are again related to the administrators' inactions. The moment I see at least a real attempt to return the debts, an investors' chat where it is possible to openly discuss the problems that arise, updating the debtors' information at least once a month - then I will change my opinion. All this has been said for a long time, but absolutely nothing is done.

I found out about Fagura.com in early 2022, to be more precise in March 2022 and since April 2022, i started to invest and earn money on it. At that times, the platform looked kinda raw, with bugs appearing from time to time, but the team behind the Fagura was and is very responsive and responsible in terms of communication, customer support and cooperation. I have always received answers on my questions/inquiries and requirements in acceptable times. In these 9 months, since i'm using the platform, i can state that most(if not all) of the bugs were fixed, and in pretty reasonable times. I've seen lots of new features released, mobile apps released(for iOS and Android), various bonuses for investors and creditors, major improvements in the stability and operational speed of the platform(less and less lags on login and portfolio pages). Now, speaking about earnings, i managed to increase my account value(money) with about 13.5 %(in 9 months) with a current Interest (XIRR) of almost 22%(21.89% to be precise) ... and these numbers are for Euros(the platform's only currency, at least at the moment) which, from my point of view, for the efforts and time allocated on investing with Fagura, is totally AMAAAAAAZZZIIIIING and GREEEAAAAAT!!! I am super satisfied about it, will continue to invest with Fagura and wish to all people that have any kind of involvement with Fagura a BIIIIIIIIIIGGG GOOD LUCK!!! P.S. Would rate this platform as 9.5 out of 10, as there is always place for new improvements or/and features!

Easy platform. Very comfortable, very nice possibility to invest.
Good expirience, but there are some points which could make the app more comfortable. A filter for secondary market in mobile app for example. It exists in desktop version, but do not work quite propperly. Also, you can't see the monthly revenue, when entering in details of the offers on secondary market.
I've been with Fagura for over 2 years, and it did well so far. The profitability on average is 17%, which is excellent compared with traditional banks. Withdrawing your funds though could and should be made a lot simpler, via a credit/debit card and not as a bank transfer. There are ups and downs still but overall is a great product. Highly recommend it!
