Mi experiencia después de tres meses con ellos es muy buena. Veo una plataforma seria y con un servicio de atención al cliente rápido y efectivo.
Invierto en Bondora desde hace más de dos años. La plataforma es realmente estable: los pagos se realizan sin fallos, la interfaz es sencilla y Go & Grow resulta muy cómodo de usar. Sin embargo, la rentabilidad del 6 % es ya bastante inferior al ROI real del mercado. Por ejemplo, en PeerBerry mi rendimiento medio ronda el 10 %, y la garantía de recompra permite dormir tranquilo. Recientemente añadí Maclear, que ofrece préstamos a PYMEs con garantía y tasas del 15–16 %, con pagos mensuales. El riesgo es mayor, pero todo es transparente y los proyectos son de negocios reales, no créditos al consumo. Bondora sigue siendo una buena opción como la parte “conservadora” de la cartera, pero si se busca crecimiento, la diversificación es imprescindible.

Después de varios años he decidido retirar todo el dinero invertido ya que en el 2023 tuve pérdidas por préstamos fallidos y por tanto no sale rentable con los pingües beneficios de los intereses que recibes.

Soy inversor en Bondora desde hace un par de años y llevo dos semanas intentando retirar un dinero invertido y en la interface ha desaparecido esta opción, llevo tres intentos de contactar con atención al cliente sin respuesta alguna. Este tema es muy preocupante. Edito esta opinión Finalmente se puso en contacto conmigo el servicio de atención al cliente, no sé si como consecuencia de esta publicación, y quedó solucionado el asunto, pero es lamentable el retraso en la respuesta.
Estoy intentando pagar un crédito que debo, me mandan un mensaje automatizado a una pregunta que hago me indica una cantidad y en la aplicación otra. Intento que me den un número de cuenta y una credibilidad de fin de pago y solo me ha contestado una vez un robot
A mí también me cobraron 1,50 y me negaron el crédito y no me devolvieron lo cobrado
Sin pedir prácticamente nada me hicieron un préstamo muy rápido! Eso sí, los intereses no son los más baratos, pero si puedes pagarlos, está bien para una urgencia.

the ROI is much lower than promised, even after 5 years of investment. The result this year is negative instead of 6%. I am trying to exit since 3 years, step by step. if you go in the secondary market and sell the credits, you will lose even more.
I was sceptical in the beginning, but I got surprised, how easy and smooth everything is working. Adding money takes about 5 minutes. Returns are added to your balance daily. You always see how much money you have in the account!

What you see is what you get. 6% is good return, although 6,75% a year ago was better. But of course, I understand there is a business model that has to work for tem and us. fishing site scam of the worst kind.. luring you of sharing your private stuff like bankstatements, pasports etc in exchange for a loan, that if youre short with money something you could fall for.. then the loan is rejected but they KNOW EVERYTHING for you, another red flag is they are based in Letland or Estland.. BE WARE!!! your data is unsafe with them
several times locked my account and withdrawal was impossible justifying that it is due to regulations, moneylaundring etc...I am very disappointed!
I have a Loan, and i need to have my summary overview. - cant see how much i still need to pay, doesnt show how much i already paid, i emaild no reaction. I called i have been waiting twice for 10min to then be hanged up on. this are some scammers? I dont get any reaction or help. My account was restricted. I filled in the required personal details and received an email saying my verification was complete. But my account is still restricted. I sent an email to support as advised. Their response was to provide the source of the funds invested mainly from 3-4 years ago (seems like a joke). I can't get in touch with a real agent via chat, only a bot with useless attempts to solve my problem. I have to be honest that, support team reviewed provided documents faster than most of the AML teams. After 2-3 days my money was unrestricted and I have access to them. Thank you for fast and adequate reaction.
Unfair Fees for a Service I Never Used and Was Never Available Review / Message: I have been charged every month for an add-on service that I never used, never saw clearly listed in my account, and which was not even available to me despite trying several times. At no point did I clearly see these fees inside my Bondora dashboard. The service was always shown as “Not available” whenever I attempted to use it. So I paid every month for something that I could neither access nor benefit from. This feels extremely unfair, because: 1. The service never worked or appeared as usable for me. 2. The fees were not clearly visible in my account overview. 3. I was charged automatically without any obvious notification or confirmation. 4. Even after contacting support, the explanation given does not change the fact that I literally could not use what I was paying for. Charging customers for a service that is permanently unavailable to them is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of all months in which the service was inaccessible, as this is clearly not the customer’s fault. I hope Bondora handles this situation fairly.
